API of author name's search autocomplete

As a manager running internal system, I'd like to get the API of author name's search autocomplete. Chosun needs that in order to facilitate the search of authors when reading Arc articles on the internal app.

In Ellipsis settings, let us check a default value for "Sort By" (Last Updated, Created, Published)

In Ellipsis, the Sort By filter always opens to "Created Date." But in our newsroom most people use "Last Updated". If this were an option in Ellipsis settings, it would save us a step every time we open Ellipsis.
