Make the Website Url fields clickable

This would be especially handy in multisite environments where the user may want to quickly pull up the story on the different sites. h/t sbruner

Enforce Typographically Correct Unicode Characters

In order to display articles beautifully, certain Unicode characters/sequences should be blocked in favor of alternatives: “ ” or ʺ for " " ‘ ’ or ʹ for ' ' … for ... – or — for -- © for (c) (Example)
