Adding to existing idea- "Surface image photographer, photo credit, and photo source; set override for photographer and credit downstream"

Additional request - Ensure editors can both verify if the photo credit is correct and have the capability to edit it if necessary

Have an option on the right rail to rearrange pix/videos and other assets

ARC takes and arranges pix and videos chronologically. It's difficult to change the order in the story unless we keep deleting videos on ARC and republishing in LMP.

Composer image restriction

Currently if an image is restricted the composer only shows a warning, it is possible to prevent composer users to add imagenes if the image is restricted
