Allow commented text and in-line notes text to overlap

Our editors at times need to comment on particular words or phrases that are within a block of in-line notes text, but Composer does not allow that. It would be helpful to have that feature.

Unordered or ordered lists in notes or suggesting mode should not show the numbers or bullets on live stories

When an unordered or ordered list is put into notes or suggesting mode, an empty list of bullets or numbers displays on the live story. When a list is placed into notes mode, the empty bullets/numbers should not show on a live story.

In Composer 2.0 suggesting mode, deletions and additions are both highlighted in green. Several editors in our newsroom would find it helpful if suggested deletions were highlighted in red/pink instead.

Show version history and/or logging for changes in author service

To empower editors to edit their own author profiles, we need a log of the changes: Who did what and when? Otherwise, with the current permission settings, editor A could delete the profile of editor B and we could not tell afterwards that it was A.
