Resetting content config on a feature on a PB page should also clear any manual eyebrow previously set on the feature

Expose webpack interface

Providing a way to override specific webpack settings in a way that can be deployed in a bundle would be great! For example, the Laravel framework does a great job of keeping build configs abstracted but still giving you control.

Allow tags to be deployed
