please add same permission to websked as Composer for allowing users to only see their own stories

I would like Dynamic Curation in Collections to reference more metadata

I would like to search metadata and use this for backfill in a Collection. Currently the Dynamic Curation tool uses a simple tag query or a section query. If it can search all the metadata on an article this tool becomes extremely useful.
