Resolver should allow specification of output type

We should be able to create a resolver that maps to a specific output type. For example, we would like to have a uri of /amp/blahblah be used to access /blahblah with outputType=amp

Ability to access runtime properties in PageBuilder pages and templates

In PageBuilder, we can use the syntax {{content.<some-object>}} to retrieve data from a Content Source. We would like to do something similar for Runtime Properties. More details: https://tronc.arcpublishing.com/alc/answers/89

Allow PB Data exports to be fetched with API creds through wget/curl

“Back to Top” Button -or- Split Pane For Content Debugger

Currently if I want to query “Story-by-url” I have to find it in the bottom, then have to scroll up or have the split pane similar to what PB’s page building interface
