Ideas for Arc XP

Some content licensing agreements require that content be unpublished and/or purged from the licensee's website after a certain period of time. We have wire content that comes in unpublished that we publish as we decide to use it. In this specific case, we're looking to:

1. Unpublish specified content after the contractually-allowed time has passed AND move it to a "bucket" or "safe space" where we would have it for archival purposes.
   • Once in the "safe space" the content would only be accessible by administrators for the purposes of retrieving/reviewing/reviving content. The general newsroom would not be able to access stories in this space.

These rules would not apply to staff or freelance stories, only those sources that we need to apply them to. We should be able to set up different schedules/rules based on source of the content (the specific wire service or third party content provider).

Content here means text and images, but could expand to videos and other content types as the Arc offerings expand.
