For those portions of pages run via curated Collections, we'd like to be able to syndicate the content of those Collection out via Arc I/O. This will allow us to curate and syndicate teasers of our best content out to content partners who drive users to our site.

Thanks for your ideas! We've added a content source for Collections to Arc I/O Outbound Feeds. This is now an optional content source as an out-of-the-box feature.
An example of this is as NBC affiliates, we have the opportunity to share our best articles with NBC during the olympics as a promotion when people view Olympics content. Doing this as a collection makes sense, and we are going to need to build this custom otherwise.
