As a reporter, it is important to me that readers can contact me via phone. Please add a public phone number field to Authors service.
As an editor, I must have a way to contact reporters via phone. Please add a private phone number field to Authors service so that I may easily look up an author's contact info on deadline.
...Yikes, I'm sorry. This is a custom field that was added for the client that originally requested this. You can file a support ticket for a similar custom field in your Arc Author service.

A single phone number field currently exists. Support tickets can be filed for additional custom fields.
