For organizations that would like to restrict the ability to download images from Photo Center, it would be helpful to have a privilege within Photo Center Permissions (or within Organizational Settings) to give admins this level of control.
This would be useful for an organization who does not wish to restrict access to or use of images within Photo Center, but—at the same time—does not want to allow their users to download Photo Center images to their computers/personal files.
