Editors sometimes want to put bold, italic, or hyperlinked text in image captions. Currently, when adding captions to images in Anglerfish (or when editing/overriding image captions within Ellipsis), there is just a plain text box – there is no way to select text and bold/italicize/hyperlink it.
Editors could manually add HTML tags (e.g. <b>), but it would be ideal to not have to do this.
