Currently there is no such option from UI, and we gotta manage it from coding level. It would be much helpful if such feature has build into Photo Center.
As a user we can create multiple watermark templates, and define each attributes like its placement location, dimension and the watermark image.
Then, users can choose one of the template when uploading a new image if they need one.
