Sometimes our photo editors need to download a photo from photo center to transfer it to another application. The default name of the image once it is downloaded is exceptionally long and creates a problem for other applications if the user forgets to rename the photo. Is there a way to shorten the download names? Like Using the ARCID instead of the original file name which we have no control over? The original file name also includes characters like ampersands, etc. which causes issues for other applications.
