I'd like not to select the photo when I click the setting button.
When I click the setting button as like attached image in the pop-up of Photocenter in Composer, I don't want to select the image for adding to contnent of Composer. That is the need from my newsroom.

Upcoming Photo Center 1.72 release that will update the Image Selector experience, which will allow you to continue your workflow of viewing a larger version of the image

With both releases, you will be able to continue your workflow of:
Viewing larger image (without having it selected) > Crop > Select the cropped version and not be concerned with the pre-copped image also being selected.
