We often need to copy the ID of an image. Unfortunately, this is not a metadata that can be visible on the thumbnail grid view of Photo center. It would be very helpful to not be forced to open the edit page to copy this ID .

Unfortunately, click the preview image button or the edit image button is quite the same : it requires one click to find the ID.
This ID could be visible on the thumbnail grid view of Photo center as the name of the photographer, the slug or the date, for which we are not forced to click.

Thank you for your idea submission! I want to point out that if you click the preview image button (see screenshot) in the "default view" of Photo Center, you can easily access and copy the image ID there. It should load much quicker than the edit image page. Please let me know if this helps with the problem you are facing.
