As an editor I want to be able to quickly use images in the Photo-Center for my storys. In some cases, I want to blur oder pixelate a certain part of the image - in Germany it's not allowed to show number plates of cars, for example. Right now I have to do this like this:
download the image
load the image in another tool (e.g. Photoshop)
pixelate or blur the number plate
save the image and import it to Photo-Center again
It would save some of these steps if there was a possibility to do this directly in Photo-Center. Also, editor wouldn't have to jump in yet another tool, which creates problems with our workers' councils and licenses.
