allow for users to see everywhere that the photo has been used to make sure critical edits, factual or legal issues, updates and corrections get fixed everywhere and that should include photos being used as featured images, galleries or any place the photo is in use giving the user a complete record.

OK thanks for the info. We do have plans to expand these records.
That is fine we just want to know all the places within Arc that the photo is being used. For example we want to know when a photo is used in an embed or featured image or gallery or anywhere or instance that photo is being used in Arc.
What specific places are you looking for? For example, if someone downloads an image and uploads it somewhere to use such as for print or in a graphic, we won't be able to track that usage beyond recording the date and time and name of the user who downloaded it.
