Just like stories, newsrooms need a way to set a publish date and time on gallery. This could be becuase newsrooms are planning ahead for weekend/evening coverage or working on a large project where all the pieces (story, gallery video) need to go live together. For example, a newsroom can set a story to publish at 5am but if a gallery goes along with the story, someone still needs to be online so they can publish the gallery at 5 am.
