Clients do not want users to accidentally purchase the same subscription product multiple times. This causes extra work for customer service representatives as they need to terminate and refund the duplicate product. The only time a user would want to purchase the same subscription SKU multiple times is for gift subscriptions
We opened the jira https://arcpublishing.atlassian.net/browse/EPS-310 because testing ARC we have seen that the user can buy the same subscription several times. But, we want that if a user buy a particular subscription, and then (5 minutes later, one week later, one month later, etc) tries to buy the same subscription, it should show a message information like “You have already this subscription” and the user will not be able to buy this particular subscription. Highlight that If the user has the first subscription inactive/terminated/canceled, he can buy the same subscription. But if the first subscription is active (not terminated, not canceled), he couldn't buy the same subscription.
