We expect to make extensive use of group subscriptions (by email domain), but the process of setting them up and managing them via the CSR UI is time consuming and error prone.
Provide APIs to create and manage group packages.

Thank you for the suggestion! We are going to do a review of the functionality in the customer service admin compared to the Dev APIs in to see what can be added. I will update you when we have that completed.
