I hope you are doing well.
We are currently developing the Plan Familiar solution inside our organization, but related to user management, we have realized that we are not able to see any information into the CSR admin related to:
A parent subscriber can't see the info related to the linked beneficiaries
A beneficiary can't see who his/her parent is
Include this info into the CSR admin would be really useful in order to make easier the issues management to our Call Center. That way, they would be able to check quickly that info and do the corresponding actions to solve the issue.

Thank you Angel for the suggestion! I agree that this would be helpful information in the customer service admin. We will look into adding this at some point in the future.
