Subscription Management: Re-subscribe cancelled users via CSR
Is there a way in Arc to remove a cancellation, before the customer terminates. If not, can we please add this as a feature request. We think this would be useful as customers may decline the offer, but then re-think and call us back
Hi Jessica, I have noticed the status name remains "active" instead of changing to "cancelled" when viewing the subscription in the CSR tool. Just want to check if this is intended, it does look like the status in the backend changes.
