We have emails set as our login names to maintain legacy usage. We have cases where people leave companies or companies merge but still want to maintain their subscription despite having a different email. The ability to change the login name in Arc if that name is not currently being used would be much appreciated. Currently we have to create a new user, copy the subscriptions over, delete the subscription from the old user, then delete the user to accomplish this with an external tool. Not needing an external tool to accomplish this use case would be great.
