We are requesting new Arc APIs in order to improve the success rate of the dunning process. These new APIs will allow external vendors (Vindicia) to capture funds using unique algorithms.
The credit card dunning process that is built into Arc is very simple and only allows for 5 rules based on the number of days since renewal failed. There are companies that have extensive payment recapture algorithms to help keep accounts active. These algorithms trigger at optimal times during the day and week to capture funds.
We are asking for an API to help supplement the dunning process that is currently in place. The API that is required would allow for following.
API should allow payments to be made using the users token directly with payment provider
API should allow for resolving ( reactivate suspended account) dunning for account by providing transaction information on a successful recapture

We are open to enhancing our Dunning offering, but can't allow for this allow of access while guaranteeing data integrity.
