After implementing the gift voucher functionality we have found a case that was not contemplated in the initial analysis and that is the possibility that a user buys a gift voucher and then decides to cancel it. The cancellation of the subscription can be done, but not the gift voucher token which remains active.
A functionality is needed to be able to expire the gift voucher token when such a case happens.
