Most of the time, customer support reps are dealing with subscriptions. We'd like to add 'Notes' only as an option in the 'Subscriptions' area, so the CSR can add customer transaction information in that same area.
Today, notes are added in the 'Activity' area. This means that a CSR is clicking back and forth between the 'Subscriptions' and 'Activity' areas.
Thanks for the feature request. We are actively reviewing the feedback and will be making plans for the next round of enhancements shortly. I see how this could save a few clicks in a common workflow!
