Hi team, we'd like to request an update to the refund functionality through Arc Subscriptions.
Today, a refund can be given to a customer as low as $0.01.
In the future, we would like to be able to set the minimum. (Our minimum is $3.)
Reasons:
We have language in our disclaimer around this.
Financially, it doesn't benefit us to process very low refunds since that would cost us more in the long-term, considering various fees.
