We would like to automate adding a message to a users account.
User provides feedback after cancelling an account. Would like to record this feedback with the users profile so it can be reported on with the normal account data.
Customer service interacts with user in a third-party system (Zendesk) which could add notes to the users profile without the CSR needing to lookup the account and add note via Arc Subs interface.
API should be for developer
Adding note to profile via email address or clientId
Normal fields should be recordable
