Organization’s journalists monitor video live events (say a press conference) and communicate VOD creation requests to their video editing team of specific newsworthy segments. These team then cuts the VODs and publishes them via Twitter, Facebook and the website.
Organization would like to have a way for their journalists to "watch" the streams anywhere (either Video Center, Page Builder or an external tool) alongside any type of time reference that can be used by journalists to communicate desired segments to video editors.
