In video center, the URL regenerates automatically if any portion of the URL metadata changes. So, if you change the primary site section or the video title, your video URL will change. This is not a desired behavior.
Please add a "regenerate" button so users can choose when they want the URL to update. This would mirror the behaviors in photo center and composer, and also allow us to permission-restrict URL regeneration.

Needing to re-scope this one. Great feature suggestion though. Hopefully after we get through these next two packed quarters, we can reassess and see how it stack ranks against other feature requests.
