We often create videos with smartphones. Sometimes, the orientation lock seems to make problems. A quick analysis with ffprobe shows, that the original content has this metadata:

My suggestion would be that a video editor can easily rotate the video in video center. A neat "rotate"-button in video center should do the trick, I would only need 180° per click.
