At one point automatic creation of a VOD for entire Live Event was part of the Video Center tool. There used to be checkbox to enable that option. We would like to have this option returned. Sites need this capability and have resorted to using YouTube for live events because it is available there as part of the feature set.

The ability to automatically create a Video-on-Demand (VOD) after a Live Event is indeed a feature in Arc XP Video Center. This can be configured by toggling the “Enable Live Recording” checkbox when setting up a Live Event to ensure that the event is recorded and converted into a Video-on-Demand (VOD) after it concludes. In most cases, this option is selected by default. Additionally, you can choose to have the recording replace the live event on video pages and player embeds once the event concludes.
