Video carousel on video leaf pages or story pages

Our video team is looking to ramp up our video content on our platform as a whole. We would like the ability for a video carousel on video leaf story pages. The ability to have a video playlist and see the next videos coming up. Currently, either the video will stop if it's a stand alone video and there isn't a playlist configured or you can configure a playlist for the lead video, as a user you will not know what video is coming up next and have no control on clicking on other videos you're interested in. Please see the current example and example of what we're looking for below:

Additional context from idea above: the user defines the main video and the playlist in the player. Ideally, we would like for it to operate as a carousel where there's the first video playing the other videos on the playlist can be shown as headlines or thumbnails (ideally thumbnails). The carousel player is essentially autoplaying all the videos in the playlist and there is one main video playing at one time but users can see the next up videos on the playlist, and if they see a video that they like, they can go ahead and click that and that video will play in the main spot.
