We publish both vertical and horizontal videos, but we display those videos in a variety of ways, including via story packages that present the video with a headline and horizontal image. But we are unable to provide a horizontal image as a thumbnail, in addition to a vertical thumbnail, because Video Center only has one thumbnail option. Please add at least one additional thumbnail field, though multiples to be able to optimize for various platforms would be ideal.
