Currently, if I manually add published videos to a playlist by backfill, I have the ability to manually reorder the videos. However, videos added by including the playlist tag during the publishing process do not have that button. If I want a playlist to show my videos in a specific order, such as a single interview broken into segments, I have to add the videos to a playlist by backfill. It would be great to add the same up/down reorder buttons to videos that are not backfilled.
