We would need to be able to manage the video upload usage policy and the Youtube contentId usage policy from the Video Center. We need to be able to select an appropriate policy for the type of video that will be uploaded to Youtube.

Usage policies are dynamic, I mean, you can create new ones and even delete them, so it's not worth basing yourself on a specific list. Even so, I'm sending you the list we currently have (see screenshot).
From ContentId there is an option where we can manage the policies (see the screenshot).
We need to be able to show all the policies that are created in the CMS of Youtube.
