When a livestream event starts, we cannot change section, website, images once a livestream event has started. It would be nice to be able to make changes during the event, without needing to stop the encoder and start it again.
The image is used in the encoder, but in populating the website, taxonomy, I do not think this would impact the stream, so shouldn't require a restart.
