For organizations who depend upon Video Playlists for curation and organization of their video content, it would be useful to have a way to permit/restrict access to the Playlist/Playlist Tags settings functionality in Video Center.
For example, certain organizations use Playlists (and associated Playlist Tags) to curate and publish video content. If a user were to (inadvertently or not) change a Playlist Tag, this would have an impact on how/if the videos associated with that Playlist Tag flow to PageBuilder.
Allowing the ability to restrict access to Playlist creation and Playlist Tag editing - while still allowing users to add content to Playlists within the UI - could be a powerful feature.
