Similar to the functionality to Pitch to Platforms that is available in the WebSked section of the edit video page in Video Center (as of version 1.95), add support for Pitch to Publications. This added functionality would allow editors to pitch videos directly to WebSked Publications from Video Center and would be consistent with what is available for stories in Composer.
