Global Settings > Tags > Manage Tags
Currently users can initiate search without data in the search field. This leads to the page hanging . At validation so user must enter atleast one character to initiate a search

Thanks for pointing this out! We'll file a bug ticket to ensure the form validates for empty strings as well.
