We use Cxense to deliver real-time anaytics to our CMS. This feature is key for our web editors. We don't use Sophi or Charbeat and Cxense is deeply integrated in our organisation as it also delivers content recommendation, semantic analytics and is used by the AdOps department.

There are no plans to add more analytics providers in the medium term but we will take this under consideration as part of Arc Home's long term roadmap. Thanks!
