Recently, I told an editor to add a feature to a stash to save for later. She did it successfully, but did not realize that it had worked, resulting in around 30 versions of the same feature being added to the stash. I'd like there to be some sort of notification that pops up, saying "Feature successfully added to stash!" or something like that, so the editor knows they are good to go.
