It would remove all features in a given chain. Could make it part of the menu that pops up when you click the three dots next to a chain name and clicking it would trigger an "Are you sure" dialog box.
It'd be a significant time saver for homepage editors, especially those curating the classic tablet app and for anyone testing new Pagebuilder options.
