You can’t easily scroll up and down the left panel when dragging and dropping features up and down the page
I think there are 2 things happening here:
1 - the features in PBS are now much larger than in the Classic so it results in fewer features being displayed in the window, resulting in more scrolling when re-arranging the features
2- the updating on of the page on the right is probably slowing down the ability to scroll the features when trying to move them.
Just a theory - but the end result it making it more difficult to use the product efficiently.
This also happens when adding a new feature - it adds it to the bottom of the area you are in and then you have to try to get it somewhere farther up the page in the area you added it to.

We've made some design improvements to the Feature card such that you can view more Features/ Chains. Editor also allows you to collapse chains.
Please refer to 2.1 Release Notes for details on "Add a Feature Below" functionality which allows you to add a feature right below your current Feature.
This is a really great feedback. We are working on ways to improve usability of the Features/ chains list and also including ability to add a Feature where you want to rather than at the end. These improvements are planned for 30 Oct 19 Editor release.
