In PB Classic you can edit the components of a chain from within in the chain. In PBE that functionality has been removed, making it harder to deal with a chain in it's entirety. Now you must add a feature (which adds it to the bottom of the area of the page you are in) then move it up to be included in the chain. This slows down the user and makes the application more difficult to use

We are adding the ability to add a Feature under a chain and it will be available in the next Editor release planned for 30 Oct 19.
