If an editor folds a tab (i.e a chain in the feature menu on the left), it should remain folded (now all the tabs are open when browsing in this menu in PB). For long pages this makes almost impossible to browse the whole features menu efficiently or move a specific feature from a chain at the beginning of the list to the bottom.
