The default behavior in Editor is to disable links. Please check with your Feature developers to verify the behavior to ensure that they are not intercepting the links/ redirecting the page.
Thank you for sharing. When you refresh the Page, are you able to interact with the left panel? Are you expecting to go back to the Curate Workspace view which lists the Features and the Editor Preview to display the original Page you were curating?

Kirti, when refreshing the page after lock up, the page does resolve to the backend editor tools and I am able to use the left panel.
I guess if a link is clicked within PageBuilder, perhaps it should open in a new tab as not to remove you from the editing experience?
