The existence of local edits overriding content may not be obvious to an end user. The result is that edits can be made to the content itself and the end user expects that the update will be reflected in Pagebuilder and on the website, which causes confusion (and ACS tickets).
Additionally, as content is swapped out, old overrides for the previous content remains. This isn't visible to the end-user, and the need to clear overrides is therefore also not... clear. Perhaps these could be automatically purged or their existence (and remedy) made visible.
