Add ability to include organization specific help links to Page builder help menu. This would allow information for page editors who infrequently do certain tasks, like setup a breaking news layout, this is our workflow for X, etc.

Such a great idea. This is similar to the Associated Press Style Guide which allows users to add organization-specific guidance for their own language. It would be invaluable in training.
